What we do
One integrated gas value chain
As Egypt's state-owned natural gas holding company, EGAS connects upstream resources, midstream networks and downstream markets into a single, reliable system.
EGAS signs and manages gas agreements with international partners, steers exploration and field development, balances domestic supply with exports and imports, and plans the projects that expand Egypt's gas infrastructure — all under a single commitment to safety and the environment.
Digital transformation, the energy transition and social responsibility run through every one of these activities, helping Egypt meet demand from power stations, industry and households while consolidating its role as a regional energy hub in the Eastern Mediterranean.
